Turbo Plumbing Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Turbo Plumbing. By scheduling a service, using our website, or working with our team, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Turbo Plumbing provides residential and commercial plumbing services throughout Tampa Bay, including but not limited to: Drain cleaning & clog removal, Water heater installation & repair, Leak detection & water line repairs, Hydro-jetting & sewer services, Whole-home repiping, and Backflow testing & installation. We reserve the right to refuse any service request that we determine to be unsafe, unlawful, or outside our scope of expertise.

2. Scheduling & Availability

Service appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Same-day and emergency plumbing services are available but not guaranteed until confirmed by our office. Appointment times are approximate and may vary due to prior job delays or emergencies.

3. Estimates & Pricing

Estimates are provided based on the information available at the time and may be adjusted if unforeseen issues arise. All pricing is in U.S. dollars and subject to applicable taxes. Additional charges may apply for after-hours, weekend, or emergency services.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. A service fee may be charged for returned checks. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension, be referred to collections, and/or result in the filing of a property lien in accordance with Florida law. The lien will remain in place until the outstanding balance, including any applicable fees, is paid in full.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. In the event of a no-show, the full service call fee may be charged.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Provide clear and safe access to the work area. Disclose any known plumbing issues, prior repairs, or system modifications. Secure pets and ensure minors are supervised during service visits.

7. Website Use

All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is the property of Turbo Plumbing and may not be reproduced without permission. We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information on this site.

8. Changes to Terms

Turbo Plumbing may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
